The company recently merged with BWAY Corp.•	Created a new talent acquisition program for the 26 plants in the Mauser North American business unit.•	Developed recruitment strategies for new plant openings  •	Evaluated and retained ATS systems, job boards and vendors. Built and managed a tracking tool to report staffing metrics to management. Created templates for offer letters and a job description library for brand consistency.•	Managed over 400 openings per year including exempt and nonexempt positions, some were unionized.
