Matthew Hrubey is a multi-talented professional with a passion for grant management, public service, and community advocacy. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mount Union and further education in Master of Public Administration, City Management at Cleveland State University, Hrubey has over five years of experience assisting local governments, non-profits, and other organizations in obtaining necessary grants.
Hrubey has worked in various organizations, including Cuyahoga County and Polaris Career Center, serving on boards, as a performance consultant, senior consultant, grants coordinator, and director of grants. He has also served as a secretary and development administrator for the City of Fairview Park, as well as a research associate and graduate research assistant at Cleveland State University.
In his career, Hrubey has developed skills in grant writing and management, budgeting, strategic planning, performance improvement, and community engagement. He is a family man, a husband, and a father, which is evident in his commitment to advocating for community development and providing effective services to his clients.
