Julia has extensive experience directing development teams for B2B SaaS product companies and Fortune 500 companies, and has developed IT and Cloud strategies aligning business goals with technology and engineering strategies. She is an expert in Agile transformation and coaching executives and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

With a deep understanding of a wide range of technology and enterprise systems including AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SAP, SharePoint, Azure, SalesForce, Java, C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, MVC framework, Ruby on rails, Golang, Mobile applications, Twilio, Segment, Windows, Linux, and Mac, Julia has extensive experience in hands-on technical project management with large enterprise systems. She is also skilled in leadership, organizational, and people management.

Julia has a diverse background in various business functions including project management, program management, technical sales, IT infrastructure management, software development & product management, and business development. She is a Duke University and MIT graduate, with a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business and has studied data science and machine learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Red Ventures, Julia has previously held leadership positions including COO and Head of Product Delivery at The Seven Soft Corporation, and Sr. Agile Software Development Manager at GSK, among others.
