David Dunn is a seasoned investment banker with a focus on the media and consumer sectors, particularly the music industry. He is the founder and Managing Partner at Shot Tower Capital, a leading investment banking boutique that provides advisory and capital raising services. Dunn has advised on over 125 transactions worth over $60 billion in total, with a close rate on engaged transactions of over 95%. He has advised on transactions ranging from catalog sales and recapitalizations to private equity investments and control buyouts. With a specific focus on the music industry, Dunn has completed more transactions globally than any other advisory firm.

Dunn has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Studio Art from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from American University Washington College of Law.

In addition to his extensive investment banking experience, Dunn has advised artist estates on various matters, including valuations, asset sales, financing, and licensing agreements for intellectual property rights.
