Anatoliy Cherkashin is a financial services and industries veteran with an impressive 35-year track record of success. With exceptional interpersonal communication, analytical and organizational, negotiation, strategic planning, time management, budgeting and execution skills, he has assumed responsibility for major projects, ventures, and human resource management. With a passion for innovation and performance management, he has led global businesses, developed leadership and government relations strategies, lobbied for partnerships, and managed e-business and international affairs.

Anatoliy Cherkashin obtained a specialist and master's degrees from the Universit of Kuban in Russia, the Commercial Co-operative College in Ukraine, and the Institute of Economics in Ukraine.

Throughout his illustrious career, Cherkashin has served in various leadership roles in major organizations. He is the present Chairman of the Board of Directors of the GREEN GROUP, having previously founded the International Fund Ecological Innovation (IFEI), where he served as President. He was also the Director and Head of Development of Projects at International Finance & Development Corp. (IFDC), where he helped to raise funds for various developmental programs. Cherkashin was notably the chief author of projects and leader of a group that oversaw oil and gas investment projects in the CIS and Central Asia (Group CIS&CA).

An experienced CEO, founder, and owner, Cherkashin has overseen infrastructure projects, oil, gas, and energy projects, and demonstrated exceptional strategy for forming large projects. Additionally, his expertise includes project organization, construction, and financing, which he gained at State Bank of the USSR.
