    Bex Spiller's notable achievements include the publication of The Anti-Burnout Journal and speaking engagements at renowned events like Kent Wellness Festival, TEDx Warwick, and NHS Keeping Well SEL Wellness Month.

    In addition, Bex has provided expert commentary in esteemed publications such as Planet Mindful, HuffPost, and the Evening Standard.

    With a diverse skill set encompassing content management, editing, writing, and expertise in areas like behavioural economics, leadership, mental health, and organizational behavior, Bex has left a significant mark in the industry.

    Prior to founding The Anti-Burnout Club, Bex managed Gee Gee Media, a content agency specializing in producing responsible content for a vast readership.

    Educationally, Bex pursued studies in Drama, Economics, English Language & Literature, French, History, ICT, Maths, R.S, and Sciences at Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
