Beverly See is a highly accomplished corporate counsel with a background in biology, political science, and law. She received a magna cum laude A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

After completing her education, Beverly embarked on a successful legal career, serving as an associate at both Ropes & Gray LLP and Fenwick & West LLP. She then transitioned to corporate counsel positions, first at Audible, Inc. and later as a senior corporate counsel.

Throughout her career, Beverly has demonstrated expertise in various areas of law, including corporate transactions, securities law, and corporate governance. She is known for her excellent legal analysis, keen attention to detail, and exceptional client service.

Outside of work, Beverly enjoys exploring the natural world and staying active. She is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Preparatory and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
