Beverlee Cec is an accomplished Executive Coach and Organization Design and Development expert with a passion for empowering Small Business Owners. With a background in coaching and business consulting, Beverlee has dedicated her career to supporting entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams and building successful businesses. As the founder of Systems Business Coach®, she has personally coached over 350 Small Business Owners, creating hundreds of jobs and strengthening communities worldwide.

Beverlee's expertise extends beyond coaching as she has developed small business coach training programs and authored a book to help professionals in the industry. Her previous experience includes owning and running a profitable retail travel agency and conducting over 3000 small business assessments with E-Myth Business Coaching. Beverlee has also worked as a business consultant for organizations like the Business Development Bank of Canada and Community Futures, supporting startup businesses.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Beverlee received the International Coach Federation Vancouver 2014 Business Coach of the Year award. She is actively involved in Rotary clubs, serving as the first female President of the Rotary Club of Langley Central and holding leadership roles within the organization, working with high-profile business leaders. Beverlee is known for her speaking and facilitation skills, making significant strides in promoting coaching within the small business community.

Living on the west coast of British Columbia, Beverlee is happily married with three grown sons and grandbabies.
