Betsy Ream

Betsy Ream is an Associate Director of Employer Relations at the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley. Her role involves developing critical employer relationships to benefit MBA students and establish links between different parts of the university. Betsy specializes in helping companies find their footing at Haas that will position them well for the MBA programs' types they want and need. Her background includes business development, e-commerce, fintech, cleantech, panel facilitation, and workshop leadership. Collaboration is a top priority for her, and she strives to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with her colleagues and students. Betsy's educational background includes a degree in history with a focus on art history from UCLA, where she also pursued a study abroad program dedicated to art history from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris. Prior to Haas, Betsy worked as a recruiting coordinator at Booz Allen Hamilton and was involved in membership and marketing for the Biotechnology Industry Organization.
