►Built an innovative, ahead-of-its time, online marketing forum to connect consumers with locally owned and operated businesses and nonprofits via an interactive website with a directory of premium local goods and services, a weekly newsletter, blog, articles and events
►Foresaw economic recession of 2008 and served as an early adopter in the digital media space, capitalizing on its speed and efficiency (vs. print) to drive timely awareness for local organizations and events 
►Strong ability to identify client strengths while constantly working to mutually grow businesses (e.g., acquiring opt-in email lists to expand “Our Town Crier” 50K+ mailing list, identifying local fame/talent to promote other customers in videos, pioneering video testimonials online, and promoting local charity events via co-promotions)

►Successfully opened a traditional storefront business that mirrored Bedford, NY gift shop, which  featured unique items for all ages, occasions and price-points
