Betsy Nelson is a highly experienced and successful executive with a versatile background that has spanned multiple roles in the retail industry. She has worked in both leadership and functional capacities, including as Vice President of Media Relations and Cause Marketing, Internal Communications, and Human Resources at Macy's. Additionally, her expertise extends to community giving, reputation management, and brand messaging. Notably, Betsy is also an innovator and connector, having founded Fashion Incubator San Francisco (FiSF) to incubate and mentor startup fashion businesses. She currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at FiSF.
