Betsey Hutton

Betsey Hutton is a key member of the STS executive team, serving as the Business Development Principal, focusing on enhancing enterprise cloud solutions within the federal civilian market.

With a strong affinity for technology and a drive to support socially-conscious organizations, Betsey oversees growth and partnership strategies and provides leadership throughout the business development lifecycle.

STS specializes in utilizing automation and cloud-native technologies to address hurdles in IT modernization and mission accomplishments, a mission Betsey is enthusiastic about contributing to.

Before her current role, Betsey excelled as the Business Development Executive for Octo Consulting's Federal Civilian and DHS Business Unit, as well as holding positions at ICF International where she served as the Director of Business Development for Federal Information Technology and Director of Alliances for ICF's commercial business.

Betsey's academic achievements include a BA in Rhetoric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MAS in Conflict Resolution from the University of Basel - Center for Advanced Studies.

In addition to her educational background, Betsey's professional journey includes previous roles at various organizations such as Octo Consulting Group, ICF, Earth Resources Technology, and the University of Basel.

Her experience spans across business development, strategy, client services, strategic alliances, and community relations, showcasing her versatile skill set and expertise in fostering growth and partnerships.
