As Vice President of Product Experience & Innovation at T-Mobile, she oversees a team dedicated to shaping T-Mobile's core digital products and driving innovation through rapid prototyping and customer self-service solutions.

Previously, Bethany held key positions at Thrive Global, Meta, and National Geographic where she spearheaded product design initiatives and enhanced digital platforms for these renowned organizations.

She has contributed as an advisor to UserTesting and actively participates in industry events such as SXSW and The Future of Storytelling.

Bethany's work has received accolades from prestigious organizations like D&AD, Communication Arts, and The Webbys.

Bethany holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Yale University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University.
