Beth Schwindt

Research leader who uncovers trail blazing value props and builds the culture and tools to deliver on them.

Beth Schwindt, an accomplished research manager and former consultant, has a passion for combining ethnography and complex systems mapping to drive growth and build effective teams. She holds an MBA and a Master of Design from the IIT Institute of Design, a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Conservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Lawrence University.

Currently, Beth is a research manager at Autodesk, where she leads a global team of researchers and forms cross-functional partnerships to drive the company's mission of becoming a customer-centric organization. Her previous experience includes roles as a UX research manager at Facebook and Capital One, a strategy consultant, and a user experience researcher at Steelcase. Beth is also a sought-after mentor for personas, workshops, complex systems mapping, and business-critical pilot studies.

In each of these positions, Beth has successfully implemented her skills in research, design, and project management to generate new ideas, create impactful solutions, and build effective teams.
