Beth Proffitt
Beth Proffitt is an experienced Assistant Dean with a strong background in the higher education industry, showcasing proficiency in Nonprofit Organizations, Communication, Teamwork, Strategic Planning, Program Management, Collaboration, Leadership, and Data Analysis.
Beth holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University and a BA in Humanities from Yale University.
At Franklin & Marshall College, she has served as an Assistant Dean and College House Dean. Previously, she held roles as a Business Manager at Susquehannah Sustainable Business Network, and as an Analyst at Sustainable Investments Institute. She also worked as a Visiting Scholar/Adjunct at Franklin & Marshall College and as an Educational Programs Assistant at the National Museum of American Art.
