Dr. Beth Minter is the founder & Chief Hustler at Franklin-Belle Healthcare Recruiting, operating in Revenue Cycle & HealthIT across Nashville, Atlanta, & Raleigh with a team of recruiters.

With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Beth embarked on her professional journey after excelling academically, earning degrees from various institutions.

She gained experience in organizational design, job analysis, and recruiting, working at prominent companies like Dell, WebMD, and Emdeon, where she led recruiting operations.

In 2013, after solidifying her business plan, she founded Franklin-Belle, focusing on building relationships and valuing people, which proved successful.

Beth continued her education journey, obtaining her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology amidst personal and societal challenges.

Aside from her recruiting business, Beth is involved with NueCura Partners, LLC, as a former investor and shares her insights publicly while engaging in VC activities in Nashville.
