Beth Hays is the Chief Executive Officer at Community Resource Trust, where she leads, assists, oversees, and manages various nonprofit and charitable projects.
She holds a BS degree in Education from Western Oregon University, an MS in Child and Adolescent Development from Capella University, and a Property Management license from the State of Oregon.
Before her current role, Beth taught grade levels K-12, worked as a school district tutor, and coordinated a college-readiness grant.
During her tenure at Community Resource Trust, she has secured grant funding for various nonprofits, including private grants and government programs like low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT), HOME, and Urban Renewal Area (URA) applications.
Beth's efforts have successfully brought in around $15 million to construct low-income housing in Marion and Polk Counties.
Her personal interests include music theory, history, and human development, and she cherishes spending leisure time with her family and two young boys.
