Beth Fox

Beth Fox is a university administrator with extensive experience in leading evidence-based decision making at public and private universities, focusing on student and faculty academic affairs.

Dr. Fox has over a decade of experience shaping policies and practices related to faculty and academic department operations, including processes such as reappointment, tenure, and promotion, assessment, and accreditation.

Her work also involves academic and curricular planning, development, and leadership of new initiatives, as well as providing support for faculty research strategies and overseeing college-wide faculty administration.

In undergraduate academic life, Dr. Fox has been involved in activities such as advising and mentoring, integrating curricular and co-curricular experiences, enhancing student access and success, and managing university relationships with families.

Currently, Beth Fox serves as the Senior Administrator to the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences & Director of the Klarman Fellowship at Cornell University.

She holds an impressive educational background, including a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University, a Master of Science (MS) in Education from Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology from Columbia University in the City of New York.
