Beth Brook
Chief Executive at the Heart of England Forest
Beth Brook is an experienced charity CEO, director, coach, and trustee based in the West Midlands, England.1 She served as the Chief Executive of the Heart of England Forest from September 2016 to December 2023, leading the largest woodland creation scheme in the country.12 During her tenure, Beth was responsible for the strategic development and operational leadership of the charity, overseeing various aspects including tree planting, woodland management, farming, agroforestry, brand development, and public engagement.1
Under Beth's leadership, the Heart of England Forest grew to a team of over 80 members and developed a strong volunteer program.1 The charity's long-term objective is to create 30,000 acres of contiguous woodland habitat in the heart of England.1
Prior to her role at the Heart of England Forest, Beth held Chief Executive positions at the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom and Fair Train.2 She has also served as a Director and Trustee for the Forest School Association and as a Trustee for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.1
