Bertrand Moine is a professional with a strong background in public affairs, legal matters, and social issues acquired through his experience in ministerial offices and professional federations.

He is currently focused on the development and public affairs of Digital Village, a pioneering hub in the digital field that brings together various skills to drive digital projects, offer digital training, and support employment and businesses in their digital transition.

Bertrand Moine's academic journey includes a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Applied Politics from American University, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), and a Master's degree in International Relations from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Politiques.

He holds various positions in different organizations, such as being a co-founder of Digital-Village.fr, serving as Deputy Secretary General at a Professional Federation of Airlines, working as a Mission Officer for the Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, holding mission roles at MEDEF and the French Embassy in the United States focused on science and technology.
