Bertram Chen's academic journey includes a prestigious Overseas Merit Fellowship at Ateneo de Manila University, where he enriched his knowledge and skills. He also excelled in his studies at Greendale Secondary School, achieving impressive results in O level exams and completing a Diploma in Engineering Science at Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a commendable GPA of 3.85.

Professionally, Bertram has a strong military background, having served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). He has ventured into business development, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit as a Co-Founder of The Barwagon and contributing to growth strategies at gush. Bertram's analytical capabilities were put to use during his tenure as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, where he engaged in academic exploration.
