Bert Schoofs

Bert Schoofs is an accomplished professional with a strong background in IT applications, particularly in the areas of SAP, ERP, and trading applications.

He holds a degree in Digital Leadership from Vlerick Business School and has completed Masters from KU Leuven and Universiteit Hasselt.

Currently serving as the Global Head of IT Applications at Etex, Bert previously held several key roles at Cargill, including Global IT - Head of Business Applications EMEA, SAP Leader EMEA, Global ERP & Trading Applications Leader, IT Leader EMEA - Food Platform, Design Integration Lead, Design Manager - Procure-to-Pay, and Program Manager.

Prior to his tenure at Cargill, he gained valuable experience at Philip Morris International Management, where he served in roles such as IS Program Manager Solution Integration, Manager IS - SAP Methods & Tools, IS Systems Manager, and Project Manager.
