Bert Forsythe

Bert Forsythe is a highly accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in the field. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, magna cum laude, from NYU School of Law, and another JD from Boston University School of Law. Additionally, he studied World Business Concentration in Management at The University of Alabama during his undergraduate years. His academic journey began at John Carroll Catholic High School.

Currently, Bert serves as the Senior Legal Counsel at Workday, a prominent role he has held after previously working as the Legal Counsel, Go to Market at the same company. Prior to his tenure at Workday, he was the Senior Commercial Counsel at Scout RFP, prior to its acquisition by Workday. Before transitioning to in-house positions, Bert gained valuable legal experience as an Associate at Cooley LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel. He has also honed his skills through various legal internships, including positions with Hon. Ronnie Abrams, United States District Judge (S.D.N.Y.) and the ACLU.

Bert Forsythe's diverse professional background extends beyond legal roles. He has also explored the corporate arena, having worked as a Sales Professional at AT&T Mobility. Furthermore, his academic endeavors include being a Faculty Scholar at the University of Alabama, showcasing his commitment to both education and legal practice.
