Bert Belanger

Bert Belanger is a professional with expertise in financing sustainable new construction and renovation projects through PACE Equity, ranging from $1 to $20 million.

He has a diverse skill set that includes commercial real estate (CRE) brokerage, land developments, urban infill, land use, project development, site planning, and mixed-use development.

Bert Belanger holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a BS in Architectural Studies from Oklahoma State University.

He currently serves as the Market Director for Oklahoma at PACE Equity, LLC, and has held various roles in organizations such as Belanger Brokerage LLC, ADEPT Commercial Real Estate, SVN® International Corp., and the University of Central Oklahoma.

Bert Belanger has a background in law, real estate, and finance, with a strong emphasis on layering multiple sources of CRE financing, including C-PACE funding, historic tax credits, affordable housing tax credits, new market tax credits, tax increment financing, and tax-exempt bonds.

His experience spans roles like Director & General Counsel, Brokerage Manager, Adjunct Professor, Of Counsel Attorney, Founder, and EVP Development and President of Equity Group.
