Bernie Leone, CPA, CGMA, is a seasoned professional serving as the Lead of Withum's Entrepreneur Advisory Services Group. With a specific focus on entrepreneurial consulting, business ownership, and accounting consulting, Bernie has a wealth of experience in various areas such as family-owned business issue resolution, executive and owner mentorship and coaching, transaction and financing readiness, strategic alignment, organizational development, succession planning, board of directors/advisors formation and participation, family offices, and start-up assistance. With a strong educational background, Bernie has studied at Dartmouth College's Tuck Executive Program and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University's Leonard N.
