Bernie Cho is a prominent figure in the music industry, currently serving as the President of DFSB Kollective, a Seoul-based artist and label services agency. DFSB Kollective specializes in providing digital media, marketing, and distribution solutions for over 600 K-Pop artists, helping them connect with both local and global audiences. Since its founding in 2009, the agency has produced numerous K-Pop concerts and secured significant chart successes across various countries including the US, Canada, and Japan.12
In addition to his role at DFSB Kollective, Cho is recognized as a Music Tech Mentor at Orbit Startups, where he leverages his extensive experience in the music and entertainment sectors to guide emerging entrepreneurs.1 His background includes nearly two decades in the Korean music television industry, where he worked as a creative planner, program producer, and show host. He also held the position of Head of Digital Media Production at MTV Korea.2
Cho holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in Government and Asian Studies and has completed executive programs at both UCLA Anderson School of Management and Vancouver Film School.2 His expertise and contributions have made him a respected figure within the global music community, particularly in promoting K-Pop on international platforms.
