Bernard Shen 沈振扬

Bernard Shen 沈振扬 has an impressive background in venture capital investments, particularly in IoT, data analytics, crowdfunding platforms, and artificial intelligence. He has collaborated with family offices, corporates, and the Singapore government, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 20 companies. Bernard has extensive experience working with talented founders, some of whom have led successful start-up exits including listings on NASDAQ, KL Stock Exchange, and a successful buyout. Prior to his venture capital career, Bernard gained valuable experience in investment banking and corporate finance, focusing on M&A and financial restructuring deals in Singapore, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. He is a well-known figure in the Southeast Asian start-up ecosystem, frequently participating as a speaker, judge, and mentor with organizations such as Alipay, NUS Enterprise, Enterprise Singapore’s Slingshot, Singapore Business Review, HRM Asia, Yonsei University, and the Italian Trade Agency. Bernard is an alumnus of both NUS Business School and Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.
