Bernard Briggs

Bernard Briggs is the CEO and Founder of Humm, a feedback platform based in Austin, Texas, that specializes in providing real-time feedback solutions for the hospitality and healthcare sectors. His company aims to enhance customer experience by helping brands like Yale-New Haven Hospital and Disney gather actionable insights from their customers.12

Briggs has a diverse professional background, having held various roles across multiple industries. Before founding Humm, he served as the VP and Chief Technology Officer at T3, where he managed marketing technology projects. His earlier positions include Technology Director at frog design, Senior Product Management/Software Development Manager at Dell Inc., and Software Architect/Consultant at Trilogy. He began his career as a Software Developer at IBM and has also worked in academic settings and other tech companies.12

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, which he attended from 1993 to 1997.1
