Berk Yiginsu is a highly motivated and disciplined leader with over ten years of international experience in engineering and management. He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science, along with a Bachelor's Degree from Sabanci University.

Yiginsu has worked in dynamic environments and excels at taking decisions, managing risks, and developing new processes and procedures. He has soft skills and work experience abroad that allow him to thrive in an international environment. Yiginsu is a communicative, open-minded person who values good planning and preparation but is always ready to take action. He is a successful leader and manager who believes in using macro management strategies to build transparent and accountable teams.

Yiginsu has held leadership positions at Punch Powertrain, DAF Trucks NV, and Daimler Trucks Asia. He has also worked as a test and development engineer for Ford Motor Company and as an R&D and innovation management specialist. Yiginsu began his career as a trainee at Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci and an intern at ARI MAKINA.
