Berhan Kongel is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in fintech and cross-border payments. He co-founded Arf, a global liquidity platform for licensed financial institutions in cross-border payments.12 Berhan has over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, operations, regulatory compliance, cross-border payments, lending, custody, clearing & settlements, and banking.3
Currently, Berhan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Keyrails, a global payments ecosystem that enables individuals and businesses to advance their financial prosperity.34 Prior to Keyrails, he co-founded Arf, where he helped raise over $20 million from notable investors such as Circle Ventures, Hard Yaka, NGC Ventures, Fenbushi, UOB Ventures, Signum, and Stellar Development Foundation.3
