In Canada, Benoit has worked on various construction projects including residential, hotel, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and office buildings, with a total construction area exceeding 5 million square feet.

His extensive experience extends to international projects, notably in Cuba, where he spearheaded the construction of three major resort-hotels, comprising over 1000 suites and numerous amenity buildings on sprawling properties.

One of his notable achievements includes the Sandals Royal Hicacos Varadero in Cuba, a 5-star resort hotel built at $33M USD hard cost, featuring 404 suites in residential and amenity buildings set amidst expansive artificial lagoons.

Throughout his career, Benoit has held significant leadership roles such as President at Altor Canada Inc., President at Aquilini Construction Limited, and Vice-President International - Director Business Development at Aecon Cegerco Construction.

His tenure in the industry also includes roles as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, and Assistant to Site Engineer at Magil Construction, showcasing a well-rounded background in construction management.
