Benny Wong

Benny Wong is a dedicated engineering leader with a hands-on approach. With a diverse background in kernel drivers, operating systems, mobile app development, and creating highly scalable systems, Benny has a wealth of experience. He has effectively managed teams in startups, large corporations, and Fortune 500 companies. Beyond engineering, Benny has a track record of both successful and unsuccessful product developments. Outside of work, Benny enjoys cooking and building things, welcoming collaborations and brainstorming sessions. Benny holds a Direct PhD and MS in Computer Engineering, as well as a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. His professional experience includes roles such as CTO at Spin, Head of Mobile at Envoy Inc., Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Fitbit, Principal Engineer at Fitbit, Entrepreneur In Residence at Samsung Research Labs, and Senior Software Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices.
