General Counsel - DC

Directed all legal matters involving BellSouth’s operations in Georgia, including commercial and regulatory litigation. Managed the formulation and implementation of the company’s state regulatory policies at the Georgia Public Service Commission and the Georgia General Assembly.

General Counsel - Georgia

Responsible for implementing BellSouth’s regulatory initiatives before state public service commissions across the company’s nine-state region.  Also handled litigation matters impacting the company in Tennessee and represented the company before the Tennessee Regulatory Authority and the Tennessee General Assembly.

Partner in the Labor and Employment and Commercial Litigation groups, with a special emphasis in antitrust litigation.
