Benjamin Yin

Benjamin Yin is a co-founder and principal at Generational Financial Partners, LLC, a financial planning firm focusing on estate planning, financial planning, retirement solutions, and risk management for physicians.

Benjamin's journey in the financial planning industry began with a tragic event in 1985 when his father passed away without proper planning, leaving the family struggling with a Chinese restaurant and debt.

Inspired by his mother's decision to start a financial planning practice after his father's death, Benjamin joined forces with her in 2010 to establish GenFi, aiming to prevent others from facing similar financial challenges.

Pursuing his education, Benjamin studied BBA in Marketing and Communications at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, followed by an MBA in International Business at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Throughout his career, Benjamin has taken on various roles, including being an investor and advisor at Switchyards, a financial advisor at Eagle Strategies, LLC, a financial services professional at NYLIFE Securities LLC, and an agent at New York Life Insurance Company.

At GenFi, Benjamin and his team assist physicians in navigating financial risks and opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions that benefit both their professional practices and personal lives.
