 Sanoculis was established in 2012, originally funded by the Alfred Mann Institute at the Technion, Israel and currently funded by a private group of investors.

TEIC is a company wholly owned by Technion Research and Development Foundation Ltd which was incorporated in 1991 as the first  Incubator in Israel. It`s aim was to assist in the establishment of hi-tech campneis and provide entrepreneurs wide range of support for the development of their ventures.  TEIC companies were  partially funded by the Office of the Chief Scientist Incubator Program set up by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
