Benjamin Pasternak is a seasoned owner in the food and beverages industry. He has an extensive history of effective marketing management, skilled negotiation, budgeting, business planning and strong entrepreneurship. Pasternak attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he studied BA History, History. Additionally, he has studied at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from Monacan High School.

Pasternak has worked as the President & CEO at DEFIANT FOOD GROUP, and in the past held the same position at AuraPea and Olek Provisions. Further, he served as the Strategic Business Unit- Sous Vide at SugarCreek, the President at VacPac, Inc, the Executive Vice President at Bizerba USA Inc., and the founder & CEO at CPOR, INC.

As a leader, Pasternak has displayed his expertise in entrepreneurship, negotiation, and strategic planning. He continues to make valuable contributions to the food and beverage industry.
