Benjamin Oppl

Benjamin Oppl is an accomplished HR expert and executive with over a decade of experience in leading companies within the tech and defense industries. With a degree in Economics from Bundeswehr University Munich and an Executive Master of Business Development from Oxford Said Business School, Oppl brings a unique combination of business acumen and people management expertise to his roles.

He started his career as Project Management & Research at Conargus Executive Search GmbH before moving on to several leadership roles in HR and Recruiting. He worked as Senior Consultant Military Transition and later as Senior Consultant Defense & Aerospace at Conargus Executive Search GmbH before taking on the roles of Head of Recruiting at Defense Industry and Talent Acquisition at Amazon.

He then moved into the tech industry, where he held several leadership roles at Fyber and Doctolib GmbH, overseeing HR, people management, and talent acquisition. He currently serves as Vice President People & Culture at Forto, leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programs for the company.
