Benjamin Lajoie

Benjamin Lajoie is an attorney at Bailey & Glasser LLP, specializing in complex litigation including commercial, multidistrict, and class action cases. He also focuses on corporate law, providing outside counsel services related to contracts, entity formation, corporate governance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, finance, employment matters, disputes and litigation, and regulatory compliance. Benjamin has a keen interest in the fields of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, finance, and technology.

Benjamin completed his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law after earning a Bachelor's degree from Bates College. Additionally, he pursued further studies at Hopkinton.

Currently, Benjamin is part of the legal team at Bailey & Glasser LLP. Previously, he has gained valuable experience working as a Law Clerk at Cetrulo LLP, a Judicial Law Clerk to the Chief Judge at the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, a Summer Associate at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, a Judicial Law Clerk at the New Hampshire Superior Court, and as a Teacher at Beauvoir Elementary.
