Benjamin Kinney Harris is an enthusiastic and creative future policymaker who recently completed a Master of Public Administration and Master of Arts in East European Studies from the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy and Jackson School of International Studies. With a focus on historic preservation policy and nonprofit management during his graduate studies, Benjamin also explored using historic preservation and reconstruction for conflict resolution in Kosovo. He conducted a six-month capstone project with PATH, providing consultancy on developing a new business model responsive to international development trends.
