Benjamin Grimes

Benjamin Grimes is a legal expert with a focus on legal ethics, criminal defense and prosecution, international humanitarian law, and human rights law. He holds an LL.M. from the US Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center & School, a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Benjamin has held various roles including Deputy Director at the U.S. Department of Justice, Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at the Army Intelligence and Security Command, and Member of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism. He has also served as a Professor, Vice Chair of Criminal Law, Senior Defense Counsel, JAG Recruiting Officer, Trial Defense Attorney, Trial Counsel (Prosecutor), Administrative Law Attorney, and Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot in the US Army.
