Benjamin Green is a Direct Admit sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in Supply Chain, Information Systems, and Business Sustainability. His interest in supply chain was sparked by his professor and two summer jobs in production and distribution facilities, providing him with a practical understanding of large-scale business operations.
He is passionate about intrepreneurship - innovating within corporations. His involvement in the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization and work experiences have equipped him with a solid foundation in this type of innovation. In roles at Zimmer-Biomet and Gerdau, Benjamin gained valuable experience working in diverse teams, overcoming challenges by finding common ground and mediating adversities.
Entrepreneurial experience as the CEO of Optimize Is and Green Automotive has given him firsthand insights into enterprise control and the importance of seamless business operations. In his own business venture, he successfully executed car deals, making profits ranging from $400 to $1,500. Benjamin aims to build a career in the operations domain, leveraging his skill set gained from academic and professional endeavors.
