Benjamin Gamboa

Benjamin Gamboa is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, strategy, finance, entrepreneurship, and engineering. He holds an MBA in Management & Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Benjamin also pursued a Masters in Finance at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and completed his BS in Industrial Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Benjamin has held significant roles in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership capabilities. Currently, he serves as the Senior Program Manager for Global Network Operations in the Publishing & Graphics Business division at HP. Previously, Benjamin was the Co-founder and Board Member of Alpha Commerce S.A.C. He also held roles as a Senior Innovation Leader and Future Products Manager at HP, North America Industry Leader at Dow Corning, and Global Portfolio Manager for Electronics at Dow Corning. Additionally, he has experience as a Corporate Business Evaluator in the Innovation Group at Dow Corning and as the Head of the Insurance Risks Department at the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Funds.

Further illustrating his entrepreneurial spirit, Benjamin founded COGAM S.R.L. and served as its CEO. He also contributed to academia as a Professor of Capital Markets at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Benjamin's early career included roles as an Analyst of Investment Risks and later as an Analyst/Supervisor of Insurance Companies at the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Funds.
