He received the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award in 2009, the State Department's highest accolade for public diplomacy, in recognition of his outstanding contributions in Venezuela.
Benjamin G. Ziff is a multilingual individual, fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, and Italian, which has undoubtedly strengthened his diplomatic capabilities.
He is an alumnus of California State University, Long Beach, the Fletcher School where he obtained his Masters Degree in Law and Diplomacy, and the National War College.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Ziff is happily married to Anat Ziff and is a father of two children. His personal interests include reading, computers, and writing.
