Benjamin Chevalier, Co-Founder and Head of Special Projects at Mighty Bear Games
Benjamin Chevalier is the Co-Founder and Head of Special Projects at Mighty Bear Games, a Singapore-based game studio. He has held this position since March 2017.1
Prior to co-founding Mighty Bear Games, Chevalier worked as a Senior Game Artist at King from January 2016 to February 2017. In this role, he contributed to the art direction, production planning, technical art direction, and implementation of several casual and midcore game projects.1
From July 2013 to January 2016, Chevalier co-founded and worked at Booster Pack, where he raised $1.5 million to develop "James Cameron's Avatar: Warrior's Journey", a mobile game set in the Avatar universe. He led the art team and defined the technical art direction for the project.1
Earlier in his career, Chevalier worked as an Art Director, Art Advisor, and Trainer at Gameloft Vietnam from March 2011 to April 2012. He focused on setting up and mentoring an art team dedicated to the Southeast Asian market, building up the art teams, and art directing on free-to-play games.1
Chevalier has also worked as a Game Artist at OUAT Entertainment and Ubisoft, where he contributed to the art and world-building of various game titles.1
