Benjamin Chen is a seasoned business and technology management leader with over three decades of experience in leading high-performance teams in various industries such as consumer electronics, wireless controls, data centers, networking, and more. He has an extensive background in business plan validation, market intelligence, supply chain, venture capital, and corporate fundraising. Chen has held various executive positions in different companies, including RAB Lighting, Sonavation Inc., iXL, Ironlight Digital, and CBS Television Studios.

Chen is a strategic thinker and a problem-solver with a profound understanding of technology and business. He has led several major initiatives during his career, ranging from creating and leading high-performance teams to launching new product lines, conducting acquisition due diligence, and growing companies from 60 to 3,000 employees.

Apart from his professional experience, Chen is also well-educated. He studied at El Modena High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. Chen is also a martial arts enthusiast and holds Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, as well as a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
