Benjamin Bach

Benjamin Bach is an accomplished real estate professional with a focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investor services. As a member of the Tenant Advisory Group and Technology Practice Group at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region Ltd., Brokerage, Benjamin has helped numerous technology and financial services firms navigate the world of commercial real estate decisions. He is a graduate of the Real Innovation Academy and has been involved in leasing and acquiring various sites up to 540,000 square feet in Waterloo Region and Guelph. His impressive portfolio includes some of the most notable technology leases in both Waterloo and Kitchener.

Benjamin has also been responsible for several ground-up developments, including urban new construction and urban Brick and Beam restorations. As an investor services provider, he has provided buy-side brokerage and leasing services for various investor and development groups. He played a crucial role in some of the largest transactions in Waterloo, including the sales of The Shops at Waterloo Town Square, a 300,000 square foot asset, and Sportsworld Crossing, a 175,000 square foot asset with excess development land.
