He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Systems and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Currently, Benj is the Vice President of Operations Research at 98point6 Inc., a rapidly growing healthcare startup. Prior to this, he held significant roles as a Director of Operations Integration and a General Manager of an Amazon Fulfillment Center. He has also held several positions in operations, management, and consulting at multiple organizations, including Collective Health, Keystone Strategy, St. Jude Medical, Massachusetts General Hospital, Willowstick Technologies, and Acumen Medical.
