Benhard Martin

Benhard Martin is an experienced Intrapreneur and General Manager known for founding and expanding new ventures within top companies such as Sea, Traveloka, and Grab. He was instrumental in the establishment of Wholesale products at Grab Kios and Merchant Supplies in Grab Food.

Currently, Benhard co-founded and oversees the B2B Merchant Supplies division at Grab, where he is responsible for various aspects of the business like P&L management, demand generation, supply chain logistics, partnerships, operations, and overall business development.

His expertise lies in Project Management, Strategy & Operations, B2B Ecommerce, Strategic Planning and Execution, Business Development, and Business Strategy. He holds an MS in Finance from the University of Edinburgh and another degree from Bandung Institute of Technology.

Benhard Martin pursued his education at the University of Edinburgh Business School for his Master of Science (MSc) degree and attended Institut Teknologi Bandung for his Bachelor's degree. He completed his high school education at SMA Sutomo 1 and another Bachelor's degree at the School of Business and Management ITB.

Throughout his career, Benhard held key roles such as Co-Founder and General Manager of B2B Merchant Supplies at Grab, Co-Founder and Growth Lead of Wholesale - Kios (Kudo) at Grab, Product Marketing Manager for Ecommerce - Kios (Kudo) at Grab, Associate Product Manager at Traveloka, Equity Research at Bahana TCW Investment Management, Strategic Operations at Sea, Partner at Agate International focusing on Serious Games, and started as a Marketing Intern at Tinker Games.
