Benedikt Kronberger

Benedikt Kronberger is a Founding Partner at Matterwave Ventures, where he focuses primarily on investments in enterprise software companies. His career began as an investment analyst in investment banking and M&A at Rothschild, followed by roles in corporate development and M&A at OMV, an oil and gas company, and consulting for the International Finance Corporation, which is part of the World Bank.

Before joining Matterwave Ventures, he was a partner in the btov Industrial Technologies team. Kronberger has entrepreneurial experience as he co-founded two startups in the e-commerce and entertainment sectors. He currently holds board positions at several companies, including Kivu Technologies, Ninox, Sensolus, Testbirds, ToolSense, and Visplore, and serves as an observer for Comatch and Wise Neuro.

His educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, along with two additional Master's degrees in International Management and Public Administration in International Development from CEMS and Harvard University, respectively.12
