Ben Trowbridge is a seasoned CEO and independent board member who specializes in cybersecurity, managed services, technology-enabled transformation, and outsourcing advisory. His extensive experience in providing strategic advice to senior leadership has helped drive transformation and control costs in diverse industries. Ben is recognized for his vision, leadership, operational excellence, and high growth development, and is skilled in acquisitions, strategic planning, and operations management.

Ben's most recent achievement was leading the creation and start-up of EY Global Cybersecurity Managed Services, which became the firm's highest-growth managed services business, providing 24/7 managed services through a network of newly created global centers. He also founded Alsbridge, one of the leading advisors for global technology BPO outsourcing and global business services, and grew the company to become an industry leader, providing advice to management for complex ITO, BPO, cloud, telecommunications, and benchmarking.

As the former Chairman and CEO of United Messaging, Ben also led the business's sale to a strategic investor. Before this, he served as Managing Partner and co-founder for EY Global Operate Company, leading the start-up, sales, and operations to rapidly scale the business with thousands of employees serving clients in Asia, North America, and Europe.

Before starting his civilian career, Ben served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer and Company Commander on four separate occasions, including one of the first Special Operations Capable Raid Companies. He was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist on multiple occasions and an Inc 500 CEO. In 2019, he was named the Innovator of the Year by D CEO Magazine and was inducted into the Outsourcing Leadership Hall of Fame in 2017.

Ben received his BA from Northwestern State University and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Spacee and a former Board Member at Beyond Capital Fund.
